For the past two weeks, I have been using the Map My Fitness program and the MapMyFitness Quaker Challenge. With this program, I promised myself to do at least 15 minutes of exercise three times a week, and I could use Map My Fitness to record the activity I did.
I love Map My Fitness. I do well when I can track my own progress, and with May My Fitness I was able to log my exercise routines, and also map out any walking I did…so I knew exactly how far i went! It’s a handy tool, and I learned I was walking/jogging 2-3 miles a night!
I am going to continue doing the challenge because it is another great tool to use in my quest to get healthier and lose weight. Like I said before, I am going to run a marathon before I turn 40 in October, so this challenge is beneficial to that goal!
You can also take the MapMyFitness Quaker Challenge! You will be glad you did!
February is National Heart Health month. Even if it’s only 5 more minutes a day, what extra step will you take to stay fit?
