You can find me Around the Campfire!

I really enjoy being outdoors and traveling, so for me, camping is the perfect activity. My children have inherited my love for camping and travel, and together we like to share our adventures here at Kidsumers. Whether we are pitching a tent, setting up camp in a yurt or renting a trailer, we love the experience and all of the amazing treasures we find on our adventures.

There are a lot of things I enjoy about camping. The peaceful nature of a campground, the smell of the campfire, seeing wildlife early in the morning and most of all I enjoy meeting new people who appreciate the same things I do. I have spent many evenings gathered around a campfire with new friends where the conversation comes easy.

Today I am starting a new adventure as a Community Leader for an online travel community called Around the Campfire which is hosted at The Blog Frog and sponsored by KOA Kampgrounds. Around the Campfire is a place to talk about all things camping! You can get tips and advice from other members, share your latest camping tales and take part in live chats with other members. Joining is free and all you need to do is jump in and take part in the conversation. It is going to be a lot of fun, and I hope to see you there!

I can’t wait for the kiddos to grow a little more to take them camping. Will hop over and check out the community to prepare for that day!

I have so, many good memories camping when I was a kid. I suggest going to everyone. Just buy a cheap tent and go to a local state park.
